 1. Pre-recorded Courses

All purchases of pre-recorded courses are non-refundable. Please review course details thoroughly before making a purchase.

 

2. Bootcamps (Live Sessions)

Our refund policy for live bootcamps depends on the duration of the bootcamp:

 a. Weekend Bootcamps (1 Weekend Only)

There is no refund for bootcamps that run for a single weekend, regardless of attendance.

b. Monthly Bootcamps (Up to 1 Month Duration)

– If you attend only the first session and decide the course is not for you, a 100% refund will be issued.
– If you attend up to two sessions, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
– No refunds will be provided after the second session.

c. Extended Bootcamps (More Than 1.5 Months Duration)

– If you attend up to two sessions, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
– If you attend up to four sessions, you are eligible for a 40% refund.
– No refunds will be issued after the fourth session.

Sessions attended are counted whether live or through recordings, if provided.

• The course or bootcamp you enrolled in
• The email address used for registration
• The reason for your refund request

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
